1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TryLuck Events' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
TryLuck Events provides event management and planning services including but not limited to:
- Event planning and coordination
- Catering services
- Decoration and design
- Entertainment arrangements
- Photography and videography
- Logistics management
3. Booking and Payments
- A deposit is required to confirm your event booking
- Final payment must be made as per the agreed schedule
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Additional charges may apply for changes or additions to the original plan
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event: 25% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund
- Refunds are subject to vendor cancellation policies
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event information and requirements
- Making timely payments as agreed
- Obtaining necessary permits and permissions
- Informing us of any changes or special requirements in advance
6. Liability
TryLuck Events is not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.)
- Issues arising from third-party vendors
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Injuries sustained during events (subject to venue insurance policies)
7. Intellectual Property
All event designs, concepts, and materials created by TryLuck Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
